I'm Luana – a photographer based in the Basel region of Switzerland. I work with couples and families all across Switzerland – and just as happily abroad.

My photography is calm, intuitive and shaped by genuine connection. I believe the most beautiful images emerge where people feel safe and at ease – where closeness becomes tangible and moments are allowed to simply be.
Photography is more than an image to me. It is energy. Presence. Memory.
I accompany you mindfully and with an open heart, capturing what lasts only a moment but remains forever.
LuanaPhotography, to me, means capturing the world the way I see it and feel it. Capturing a moment that will never exist again, exactly like that. That uniqueness has always fascinated me.
I think I notice a lot of things other people simply walk past. Small moments. Glances. Light. Moods. That feeling when, for one short moment, everything suddenly looks exactly right.
I don't photograph just to make a pretty picture. I photograph because I want to hold on to things you can never experience in quite the same way again. A moment. A feeling. A particular mood.
Maybe that's also why I love the small, real moments so much. The moments that aren't planned. An honest laugh. A quick glance. Wind in your hair. People who forget, just for a moment, that someone is photographing them.
For me, photography is also a way of noticing the world more consciously. It makes me slow down. Look more closely. Be in the moment.

The Basel region is home – I know the places there, the light, and the quiet corners where you still have the evening to yourself.
I'm just as happy to travel further for a shoot: all across Switzerland, into the mountains, down to the water. And beyond, too – alongside photography, I work as a flight attendant. Travel, new places and different time zones feel familiar to me, so a shoot abroad isn't a special case – it's something I plan with experience and a lot of joy.
I love photographing places that stir something in me. Places where I simply have to stop and think: how beautiful can our earth actually be?
